Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms. Responsibilities include inspections, prevention, and treatments, with on-site work involving structures and crawl spaces.

A valid driver's license and customer-service experience are required, plus willingness to work flexible hours. Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00, with overtime, incentives, and route-based pay factors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills to mix products and compute measurements.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines and instructions.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions and possible structural modifications to customers.
• Verify that job specifications match each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided and interact with customers.
