Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a dedicated Termite Technician to join our field team in Knoxville. You will inspect properties for termite activity, perform treatments, and ensure safety procedures are followed throughout every job.

Strong customer service and detail orientation are essential. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to pest-control procedures.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments per schedule and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions and recommended structural modifications to customers.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services.
