Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning, company-paid training and learn the daily operation of a pest control service route
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Interact with customers professionally and with integrity
• Provide empathetic, problem-solving service and recommend effective solutions
• Prepare and install home or business services including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection and energy-efficient barriers
• Explain the process to customers and set clear expectations to ensure satisfaction
• Complete all service-related documentation using the handheld device for speed and accuracy
