Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Learn skills to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within territory
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Provide empathetic problem solving and recommend effective solutions
• Prepare and install home or business services (attics, crawlspaces, gutters, radiant heat barrier)
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Complete service docs using a handheld device
