Job summary

Orkin is hiring an entry-level Orkin Pro in Newnan, GA to start a pest control career with a company vehicle and extensive training. You’ll join a team that values safety, integrity, and customer service while growing toward leadership roles.

No industry experience is required; you’ll receive paid training, obtain a pesticide license within 90 days, and provide reliable service to homes and businesses along a defined route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our training and learn to operate a pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route within territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival
• Interact with customers with professionalism and integrity
• Serve as a problem solver by listening and understanding customer needs and offering solutions
• Prepare and install home or business services including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and energy-saving barriers
• Set project expectations with customers and walk them through processes to ensure satisfaction
• Complete service-related documentation using the provided handheld device
