Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to service residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). A company vehicle is provided, along with a robust benefits package.

You will inspect, treat, and service properties with termite control methods, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction on every route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite inspections and prescribed treatments as per IPM guidelines.
• Install termite bait stations (Sentricon) and apply liquid treatments to exterior or crawl spaces.
• Prepare site areas for treatment and maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.
