Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to service residential and commercial customers using an IPM approach. This role includes a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

Training is provided for the right candidate, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes performing termite treatments, maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality service while representing the Arrow Exterminators brand across multiple

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
No experience necessary! Training provided.

Responsibilities

Start daily routes as a Pest Control Technician and serve residential or commercial customers.
Prepare site areas for treatment and remove debris as needed.
Apply termite treatments including Sentricon bait stations and liquid treatments to exteriors and crawl spaces.
Maintain and operate equipment and the company vehicle; provide excellent customer service.
