HomeTeam Pest Defense seeks a dedicated Termite Technician to service homeowners along their route in Orlando, FL. You will present a professional appearance, diagnose termite issues, and discuss additional services while maintaining thorough records and adhering to safety protocols.

No prior experience required; company training is provided and licensing can be obtained with company support. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive, engineering-savvy team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Attend company-provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Perform chemical pretreats on lots prior to foundation pour and final grade treatments on new homes; follow safety protocols on construction sites.
