Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience; termite control knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Able to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Explain procedures and potential structural modifications to customers.
• Enter crawl spaces and work safely with inspection equipment and tools.
• Operate and maintain equipment and keep vehicles clean.
