HomeTeam in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Termite Technician to service homeowners on-site, diagnose pest issues, and discuss additional services. You will maintain a professional appearance, keep customers informed, and follow safety protocols on construction sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services as needed.
• Keep customers informed about the service and complete home termite drawings for records.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff and attend training classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
• Keep customer informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied.
  • They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
