Job summary

Dodson Pest Control is seeking candidates to join our team as pest control technicians in the Greensboro area. They will inspect and diagnose pest issues for residential and commercial clients and provide professional pest management services.

The role emphasizes customer service, safe pesticide application, and ongoing training to become a registered technician or licensed applicator; occasional Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Acceptable driving record and background check.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial settings
• Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner
• Be customer service oriented at all times
• Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations
• Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
• Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work
