You will work independently, indoors and outdoors, with paid training, licensing assistance, a company vehicle, and clear paths for advancement into senior technician and management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Existing pest control license (Applicator or Branch 2) is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and conditions conducive to infestation.

• Apply pesticides and treatments safely and in compliance with label requirements

• Maintain assigned vehicle, equipment, and inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Review and complete required reports, timesheets, and service records
• Maintain required state licensing and certifications
• Attend training sessions and company meetings
• Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and represent the company professionally
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
