Job summary

Truly Nolen of America, Inc. in Sanford, FL is seeking a Termite Technician. You will build long-lasting relationships with customers while performing termite treatments and inspections.

This role offers full-time hours, comprehensive training, and a path to growth within one of the world’s largest family-owned pest control companies. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus DOE, with average earnings between $35,000 and $50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Full-Time availability.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite inspections and grow your route.

This position includes excellent compensation, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and more! $17.00/HR+ DOE. Our Termite Technicians average $35,000 - $50,000 a year.

You will be responsible for building long-lasting, personal relationships with customers for one of the world’s largest family-owned pest control companies. In addition to providing excellent customer service, treating homes for termites, and performing termite inspections, you will also have the opportunity to sell and grow your route.

• Ability to work Full-Time
• Previous experience working with customers
• Enjoy working indoors and outdoors
• Valid Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record and 21 years of age or older
