Job summary

Truly Nolen of America, Inc. is hiring a Termite Technician in Florida. You will build relationships with customers, treat homes for termites, perform inspections, and have the opportunity to sell and grow your route. This full-time position includes paid training, benefits, and a company car in many cases.

NO COLLEGE DEGREE NEEDED. Valid driver’s license and 21+ age required. Training and development are provided, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Treat homes for termites and perform termite inspections.
• Manage and grow a service route by selling services.

Job description

This position includes excellent compensation, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and more! $17.00/HR+ DOE. Our Termite Technicians average $35,000 - $50,000 a year.

You will be responsible for building long-lasting, personal relationships with customers for one of the world’s largest family-owned pest control companies. In addition to providing excellent customer service, treating homes for termites, performing termite inspections, rodent exclusions and you will also have the opportunity to sell and grow your route.

• Ability to work Full-Time
• Previous experience working with customers
• Enjoy working indoors and outdoors
• Valid Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record and 21 years of age or older
