Job summary

Truly Nolen of America, Inc. in Albuquerque is seeking a full-time Termite Technician. No college degree or pest-control background is required; our world-renowned training will prepare you to service homes, inspections, and termite treatments while building lasting customer relationships.

You will earn $17.00/hour DOE, with opportunities to grow earnings as you expand your route. A valid driver's license and willingness to work indoors and outdoors are essential, along with a friendly,

Qualifications

• No college degree required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to work full-time.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide termite, rodent, and pest control services.
• Perform termite inspections.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Grow and sell your route and service area.
• Report to Albuquerque location and may cover Santa Fe as needed.

NO COLLEGE DEGREE OR BACKGROUND IN PEST CONTROL NEEDED! – Our company’s world-renowned training department will provide you with all of the training and skills you will need in order to be successful.

You will be responsible for building long-lasting, personal relationships with customers for one of the world’s largest family-owned pest control companies. In addition to providing excellent customer service, treating homes for termites, and performing termite inspections, you will also have the opportunity to sell and grow your route. You will provide termite, rodent & pest control services. This position will be reporting to our Albuquerque location but may at times be expected to fill in at our Santa Fe location when needed.

• Ability to work Full-Time
• Previous experience working with customers
• Enjoy working indoors and outdoors
• Valid Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record and 21 years of age or older
