Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to work outdoors, manage your own service route, and protect homes and communities. No exterminating experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

You’ll receive a company vehicle, cell phone, and strong benefits as part of a team with 70+ years of experience in the Southeast. Starting hourly range is $18-$20, with a full benefits package, 401(k) with match, vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and partner with internal teams.
• Maintain safety while handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
