As we continue to expand into new markets, we're searching for dedicated individuals to join our team as Pest Control Route Technicians.

In this role, you won't be stuck behind a desk - you'll be out in the field, solving problems, protecting homes and businesses, and delivering top-notch service that customers rely on. You'll be trained to tackle everything from routine pest prevention to specialized termite control, gaining valuable skills and certifications along the way.

Responsibilities

• Your primary focus will be on either pest control or termite services, with flexibility to support the team as needed.
• Review schedule, check equipment, and stock your company vehicle daily.
• On termite routes, locate, evaluate, and log bait stations, measure property dimensions, and record products used on-site.
• Graph properties, operate equipment safely, and ensure all services meet company standards and customer contracts.
• Identify additional service needs, provide quotes, and recommend solutions to boost earnings through incentives.
• Communicate with customers, inspect attics and crawlspaces, and adapt to different property layouts.
• Keep the vehicle clean and compliant for inspections, maintain tools and equipment, and prioritize safety on every job.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and spending time on your feet, crawling, climbing, and inspecting hard-to-reach spaces.
• Previous pest or termite control experience is a plus.
• If you're driven, dependable, and eager to learn, we will train you and help you get certified within your first 30 days.
• All applicants must pass a drug screening, background check, and provide a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
