Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Construction & Home Service Technician (Termite Pro) to join our field team. You will follow a daily route, perform termite-related installations, and ensure high-quality service in homes and businesses.

Starting pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with paid training, opportunities for pay increases and promotions, plus bonuses and rewards. A safety-first mindset and ability to work in diverse environments are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we provide training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
