Job summary

Rocket Pest Control is seeking a dedicated technician to service a designated territory, perform inspections, and apply termite and pest control solutions. You will install Sentricon systems, set traps, and implement Integrated Pest Management strategies for homes and businesses.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid license, and successful screening. Training is provided; weekend work may be required in a dynamic field team.

Qualifications

• Complete a minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of 30-day initial training and 2 CEUs annually.
• Valid driver's license; 18+ years old; ideal 21+.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 50 lbs; pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service schedules for customers on assigned route and call before service.
• Inspect Sentricon systems and wildlife traps; apply pest control strategies.
• Drill holes for Sentricon stations and trench for liquid termites.
• Install traps, seal gaps, respond to customer needs, and document work.
• Perform moisture barriers in crawl spaces and provide bed bug treatments.
• Coordinate with sales to meet client expectations and participate in training.
• Keep vehicle and tools clean and in good condition; follow safety policies.
