Job summary

Palmetto Exterminators LLC is seeking a Termite Service Manager for the Charleston Branch to lead a high-performing termite team. You will direct inspections, liquid and bait treatments, pretreats, repairs, and renewals to meet budgeted goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will mentor staff, ensure proper licensing, and maintain equipment and inventory. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on termite experience, including WDO inspections, graphing, and liquid and/or bait treatments.
• Current state termite/WDO certification, license, or registration, or ability to obtain it within the required timeframe.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to resolve complaints professionally.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, training, coaching, and leadership to all termite team members.
• Develop a positive rapport with all termite team members by spending time with assigned Specialists.
• Maintain a safe work environment with attention to sub-slab drilling, trenching, and bait installs.
• Oversee inspections, treatments, pretreats, and renewals to meet monthly goals.
• Communicate service and renewal goals to all termite team members.
• Review termite service reports and documentation for accuracy before issuance.
