Job summary

Lookout Pest Control in Charleston, SC is hiring a Renewal Inspector/Sales to inspect homes for termites and wood-destroying organisms, record findings in our digital service system, and assist the sales team with service opportunities. You’ll engage with customers and help protect structures.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $18.00 to $22.00 plus sales lead commissions, comprehensive benefits, 401k with match, PTO, holidays, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Willing to work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of customer property for termite activity, damage, and conducive conditions for wood-destroying organisms.
• Document findings in our digital service system per regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and maintain required industry and state certifications.
