Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Termite Technician to identify termite problems, perform safe treatments, and communicate critical conditions to customers. The role requires climbing and entering structures, with PPE and safety compliance as core duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• At least 1 years of customer service, experience in termite control is a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
• Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
