Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience needed; training provided to become an Orkin Pro.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning, company-paid training to learn daily pest-control operation.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and follow route schedules.
• Drive a company vehicle and arrive on time at each customer site with professionalism and integrity.
• Interact with customers to explain processes and set expectations, ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare and perform home or business services such as attic remediations, crawlspaces, and insulation-related tasks as needed.
• Complete service-related documentation using provided handheld devices for speed and accuracy.
