Orkin is hiring a Pest Control Technician (Will Train) in Hawaii. You will start with award-winning training and work on a designated service route to protect homes and businesses.

This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction as you learn the trade without prior pest control experience. You’ll grow your skills through structured training, operate a company vehicle, and have opportunities for advancement with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide protection and service to customers on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn needed skills and knowledge.
• Follow route schedules, maintain safety, and ensure timely customer visits.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Document all service activities using handheld device for speed and accuracy.
