Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside their businesses or homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn skills to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedules within an assigned territory and ensure timely, safe arrival at locations.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
