Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training and learn to operate a pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle along a route, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Interact with customers professionally and with integrity.
• Solve customer problems with Orkin Pro expertise and empathy.
• Prepare and install home or business services (attics, crawlspaces, etc.).
• Set project expectations and guide customers through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all service-related documentation using the provided handheld device.
