Orkin Pro in California is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest management team. You will begin with comprehensive training and progress along a designated service route, ensuring safe, effective pest control for customers.

With no prior industry experience required, you’ll gain routine field work, driver responsibilities, and professional customer interactions, backed by a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers at their business or home.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training to learn the skills needed to serve customers.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it and equipment.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers to resolve issues.
