Orkin is hiring as an Orkin Pro in California. You will join a team delivering pest protection with award-winning training. No industry experience is required to start, and a company vehicle with a gas card accompanies the route assignment.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route.
• Complete our training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
