Job summary

PALISADE is hiring for a full-time on-site technician in Huntsville, AL. You will be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service while engaging with customers and solving pest control problems with high attention to detail.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, Lead Technicians, and Service Managers to maintain a collaborative team environment and ensure accurate documentation after each visit. A valid pest control license is required or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technology skills including mobile tech, email, texting, and iPad.

• Being proactive by engaging with customers and simultaneously solving pest control problems with excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality performance
• Communicate with Customer Service Representatives, Lead Technicians and Service Managers to foster a team atmosphere of mutual support, growth, and success
• Complete the required documentation after each property visit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, iPad
• United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Pass background check and drug screen

Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F

Compensation: Hourly + OT
