Job summary

Palisade Pest Control is hiring for a full-time field position in Northwest Arkansas (Rogers area). The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while performing pest control tasks at residential and commercial properties.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Licensing and background checks will be completed as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain a pest control license by passing the state licensing exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, and iPad.
• United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Work Hours, Compensation, Benefits

Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F.
Compensation: Hourly + OT.
