Job summary

Palisade Pest Control is hiring for a field service role based in Rogers, Arkansas. The successful candidate will perform recurring pest control services for regular customers, follow route schedules, and treat each property with care while complying with safety guidelines.

A valid pest control license will be pursued as required. Excellent communication skills, basic technology use (including iPad), and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential, along with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pest control license by passing state exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technology skills including mobile tech, email, texting, and iPad.
• United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring pest control services for regular customers.
• Follow a route schedule, arrive on time, and treat customers with kindness and respect; select appropriate treatments per needs; apply safe pest control per policy.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
• Complete required documentation after each property visit.
• Respond to all customer needs, including re-services, as needed.
