Job summary

Palisade Pest Control in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Summer Start Technician to support our Summer Sales Team by performing initial pest control services for new accounts. This entry-level role offers hands-on field experience, paid training, and room to grow within a growing pest control company.

You'll work full-time, Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays, earn hourly wages plus overtime, and enjoy perks like a company vehicle and summer activities as you build customer-service skills and industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technology skills including mobile tech, email, texting, iPad.
• US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our company by showing up each day and delivering exceptional results and service with a great first impression.
• Be proactive by engaging with customers and solving pest control problems with attention to detail, quality performance.
• Communicate with Customer Service Representatives, Lead Technicians and Service Managers to foster a team atmosphere of mutual support, growth, and success.
