Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring a Full-time Terminal Warehouse Support at our Phoenix, AZ distribution hub, located at 1775 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85034. You will assist drivers, help load trucks, and manage pre-departure paperwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, be able to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 100 lbs), and pass background/drug checks. We offer full-time benefits and a team-oriented, safety-focused workplace.

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Terminal Warehouse Support, you will assist a team of drivers at 1775 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ in loading trucks and pre-departure paperwork. As well as, sorting product that is brought back to the HUB by the driver. Fastenal Company is committed to environmental protection and to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting drivers with pre-departure duties
• Sorting product and loading trucks

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesWillingness to load and unload trailers
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
