Job summary

Landrum & Brown in Chicago is seeking a Terminal Planner to lead planning studies for terminal expansions and airfield/landside projects at major U.S. airports. You will analyze demand, prepare technical reports, and guide client meetings, supporting business development.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in airport planning, strong AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit skills, and familiarity with U.S. and international planning standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in airport planning.
  • Strong knowledge of terminal planning and airport interfaces.
  • Experience delivering planning projects for hub airports.
  • Proficient in CAD/3D tools and client deliverables.

As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,000 - $130,000 annually for this position and local market.
