Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Terminal Operator to oversee terminal equipment for receiving, storing, transferring, and loading refined petroleum products in a reliable, efficient manner while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

Under supervision, you will gauge tanks, input inventories, perform reconciliations, support maintenance, and coordinate safety procedures across facilities, with travel as needed to support terminals throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Capable of working with little or no supervision and taking direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Gauge storage tanks and take meter readings daily.
• Provide top-tier customer service to commercial and operations customers.
• Calculate and input inventories and meter readings into systems.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of inventories and thru-puts.
• Perform routine facility maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist in safe loading of petroleum products onto trucks and receiving from pipelines.
• Travel to multiple facilities with short notice as needed.
