Nutrien's Randolph Terminal in Minnesota is hiring for a terminal operations role focused on safe, efficient handling of UAN and POLY fertilizers. You will oversee loading, unloading, data entry, equipment operation, SAP processes, and customer service while maintaining strict safety protocols.

We value hands-on maintenance experience, ability to work with limited supervision, and a willingness to travel for training.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
10+?
Valid driver’s license required and reside within 65 km of site.
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow safety protocols.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Willingness to learn and participate in continuous improvement.
Experience with SAP and basic office software.

Mansioni

Maintain safe and efficient operations of UAN 28-0-0 and POLY 10-34-0 at the terminal site.
Handle shipments for incoming/outgoing product fertilizers and record data.
Operate and monitor equipment and control systems.
Perform regular terminal site maintenance and safety checks.
Oversee offloading of dry and liquid products; load liquid fertilizer into trailers.
Record data readings, manage inventory, and SAP data entry.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Ensure contractors follow Nutrien safety protocols.
Complete safety permits and comply with regulations.
Perform landscaping duties as required.
