Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is hiring a Terminal Operator I to perform daily loading, unloading and safety tasks on site, with a 5S program focus. You will engage with customers to ensure a solid on-site experience. The role requires high school graduation or equivalent, willingness to learn, and ideally 1 year of experience. This shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with pay at $21 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient in customer service skills.
• Receive basic site safety training incl. First Aid and LSR.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and rail cars per the daily schedule on-site.
• Unload product per the daily schedule on-site.
• Operate on-site mobile equipment and receive training.
• Maintain shipping logs and prepare bills of lading.
• Assist with site maintenance and 5S initiatives.
• Engage with customers to ensure a solid on-site experience.
