Job summary

Phantom Staffing is seeking a full-time Operations Attendant for an on-site role in Houston, TX. You will support terminal operations, handling cement products, operating equipment, monitoring inventory, and enforcing safety protocols.

The role involves maintenance, routine tasks, and assisting with terminal duties as assigned. Candidates should have warehouse background, be able to operate light machinery, and pass background/drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Strong knowledge of safe loading/unloading procedures.
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Clear verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Report accidents or safety incidents promptly.
• Conduct risk assessments before tasks.
• Unload cement from vessels/trucks using terminal equipment.
• Review shipment documents for incoming/outgoing loads.
• Operate and monitor terminal machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance at shift start.
• Collaborate with staff to share updates and resolve issues proactively.
