• Ensure daily functions are carried out effectively and safely.
• Lead, develop, and motivate center personnel.
• Perform daily audits of operations and safety, and support drivers, shop, and office staff.
• Communicate KPIs to upper management and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee scheduling and maximize personnel productivity.
