Job summary

Nautilus International Holding Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager I to lead vessel and rail cargo handling at the Grays Harbor terminal. Reporting to the Sr.

Operations Manager, you will supervise ILWU labor, coordinate operations, and ensure safe, compliant execution aligned with service commitments and customer needs. This role requires 3–5+ years of terminal operations leadership, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), TWIC and a valid driver's license, and strong planning,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in terminal operations or similar leadership.
• TWIC and valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of terminal equipment operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Labor union supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs cargo-handling operations and labor allocations.
• Supervises ILWU labor with accountability.
• Coordinates vessel and rail operations to ensure timely loading.
• Maintains and reviews shift documentation.
• Ensures compliance with safety, PMA, OSHA rules.
