Costa Farms in the United States is seeking an Associate Terminal Manager to lead daily terminal operations, dispatch, yard flow, and driver coordination to ensure timely deliveries and equipment readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years in trucking/logistics, 1–3 years in leadership, and a strong working knowledge of TMS/ERP systems. Exceptional organization, safety practices, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in trucking, logistics, or transportation operations.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations including dispatch, yard flow, and driver coordination.
• Monitor schedules and performance to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Utilize TMS/ERP and routing software for order planning and real-time adjustments.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with fleet and maintenance for equipment availability and maintenance.
• Support cross-functional planning and vendor/carrier communications.
