Job summary

Buckeye Partners is seeking a capable individual to learn the operation and maintenance of terminal, pipeline, marine, and rail assets at our South Carolina location. You will gain hands-on experience in receipt, storage, and inventory control of petroleum products and support diverse assets across terminal operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and up to 2 years of related experience in terminal, pipeline, or marine operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work long hours, overtime, and on-call as needed.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn maintenance and repair of terminal loading rack and related equipment.
• Assist with receipt, storage, and distribution of petroleum products via pipeline, rail, and marine dock where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory control systems and assist with investigations of discrepancies.
• Support terminal operations and assist with special projects as needed.
