The role requires hands-on leadership across departments, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations with a focus on risk management and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contact and approver for Residential Sales and Commercial Sales; primary rates/approvals.
  • Review financial statements for gross profit, labor spend, and performance.
  • Monitor capacity, equipment status, and quality scores.
  • Run branch administrative functions: facilities, scheduling, compliance, development, maintenance.
  • Handle service escalations and OA/DA bookings for the branch.
  • Be POC for Ace Revenue on billing issues; manage escalations with QA.
  • Approve branch expenses via OnBase.
  • Staffing, meetings, and contributing to product marketing strategy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Terminal Manager requires effective management of the various agency functions through hands-on involvement in all departments including: All agency personnel, document processing, operations, warehouse, recruiting, agency fleet, maintenance, compliance and overall profitability. Your management objective is absolute customer satisfaction while at the same time driving profitability and producing gross profit through efficiency and honesty and providing a pleasurable place to work for our fellow employees. The Terminal Manager is responsible for all daily functions of the facility and sets the tone with positive leadership and a can-do attitude.

Essential Duties and Functions

To perform this job successfully, the individual occupying this position must be able to perform essential job functions set forth below with or without reasonable accommodation. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.

  • Lead contact and approver for Residential Sales and Commercial Sales
    • Be their primary contact on rates, exceptions, approvals, etc.
    • Work with Commercial sales on scope, approvals, rates, etc.
    • Participate in the monthly Retail Sales Meetings
    • Engage with branch and corporate leadership on overall process for Retail sales team
    • Approve Retail Sales Appointments and ensure they get to payroll on time.
  • Review financial statements as it pertains to the operation
    • To include but not limited to: Gross profit, Pack ratios, Hourly labor spend, etc.
  • Follow in real time open capacity, equipment status and quality scores.
  • Work to understand and participate in OA/DA requirements and appointment setting
  • Run the administrative functions of the branch
    • Facilities
    • Scheduling
    • Compliance
    • Development
    • Maintenance
  • Service escalations
    • All OA/DA bookings serviced by branch
    • POC for other Atlas Agents and fulfilling their needs
  • Review and be POC for Ace Revenue on billing issues, escalations, etc.
  • Claims escalations and review
    • With support from QCD
  • Branch Expense Approval via OnBase

  • Determine staffing requirements and work with HR to interview, hire and train new employees.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Assures that safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Follows policies and procedures including infection control, universal pre-cautions and exposure control plans when performing daily tasks.
  • Reports hazardous conditions, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching in the office setting.
  • Could have exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, or chemicals in the office setting.
  • Occasional travel will be required.

  • 90.0% - 99.9% of Budgeted NPBT $15,000.00
