Job summary

Foodliner in Highspire, PA, is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee all phases of our trucking operation, including maintenance and compliance with DOT regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of operations management experience and excellent communication skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85K-$95K annually, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan with employer match.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management or transportation/logistics is required.
• Working skills with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledgeable in DOT/FMCSA Regulations, especially Hours of Service.
• Background working with dispatch software such as TMW and/or McCleod.

We are seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee all phases of our trucking operation at our Highspire, PA, MN terminal, including a maintenance shop and tank wash.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management or transportation/logistics is required
• Working skills with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledgeable in DOT/FMCSA Regulations, especially Hours of Service
• Background working with dispatch software such as TMW and/or McCleod
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement, and driving experience is preferred
• Minimal travel required
• A well‑qualified individual will be hands‑on and able to perform all duties in a truck terminal
