Job summary

Martin Transportation Systems in Bridgeton, MO, is seeking a hands-on Terminal Manager to lead daily terminal operations, drive safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.

You will coach drivers and staff, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, and use data to identify improvements. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a readiness to partner with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
