Job summary

Greenbush Logistics is seeking a dedicated operations professional in Irvington, AL to manage driver schedules, checkpoints, and load management. You will ensure timely starts, monitor in-transit status, and handle non-scheduled loads efficiently to maximize hours.

You will also process driver payroll, submit logs, track fuel and bonuses, manage outside carrier rates, and maintain trucking records. The role includes scanning invoices and supporting payroll/accounts payable processes.

Qualifications

• Ensure drivers begin their day on time and are at their first load/delivery location as early as possible to ensure maximum utilization of operating hours.
• Monitor driver’s In-Transit status to ensure appointment times are made, and loads without specific appointments are handled with maximum efficiency.
• Ensure route lines are compliant with the respective trip.
• Ensure loaded and empty calls are transmitted successfully.
• Monitor and correct all satellite errors in the system.
• Record and track driver statuses for PTO/Vacations/PML, etc.
• Process driver payroll in Interactive Settlements.
• Collect and submit driver logs to the Safety team.
• Build sales orders through Load Management Central.
• Track quarterly Fuel, Idle, and Safety Bonuses.
• Monitor uniform program and communicate issues.
• Process Outside Carrier rates and generate Load Confirmation Sheets.
• Track and record Outside Carrier Loaded/Empty calls.
• Scan and submit Outside Carrier invoices to A/P at corporate headquarters.
• Organize and maintain file system for trucking records.
• Initiate, review, and submit daily Invoice Edits.
