Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Lead I to manage shipping tasks, drive routes when needed, and coordinate with drivers and carriers. You will handle paperwork, help ensure timely deliveries, and support daily terminal operations from this on-site role.

The position reports to the VP of Logistics and Transportation, with a non-exempt status and full-time schedule. Expect active involvement in billing coordination and end-of-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role with multitasking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer software.
• Familiarity with shipping and delivery operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones for shipping & scheduling lines.
• Coordinate with external carriers and schedule loads to meet customer needs.
• Drive/deliver routes as required.
• Serve as point of contact for drivers and resolve issues.
• Create delivery invoices and transfer routes to handheld devices.
• Lead and support daily terminal operations.
