JOB SUMMARY:

The Terminal Coordinator coordinates loading, unloading, monitoring, and maintenance activities. They also ensure delivery schedules are met and communicate changes or delays to customers. Implements all required safety policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure secure and safe operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve terminal performance.

Physical Demands

This position is considered to be mostly sedentary and will require the employee to sit for extended periods of time. They will be engaged in using office equipment and computers. They may engage in lifting supplies and materials up to 20 pounds from time to time.
