Job summary

The role requires a strong foundation in technical drafting, CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Civil 3D, and related software, with experience in teaching and online learning environments. This is a security-sensitive, open-to-fill pool position with potential for extended assignments and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, drafting/CAD tech, engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience if using an associate degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CAD software and related 3D modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in technical drafting across varied times and locations as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, staff and the community.
• Develop and use diverse teaching methods and materials to meet course outcomes.
• Evaluate student progress and provide clear syllabi and expectations.
• Support advising, program marketing and recruitment activities.
• Participate in college meetings and accreditation activities.
