Del Mar College Testing Center is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Technical Drafting to teach courses at various times, including online options. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field, along with three years of relevant experience.
The position requires proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit, as well as an ability to utilize diverse teaching methods to meet varied student needs. Applicants must reside in Texas and fulfill eligibility requirements for employment in the U.S.
TECHNICAL DRAFTING – ADJUNCT : The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need, and maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community. Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes.
Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in various Computer-Aided Drafting software packages including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, Rhino, Photoshop, and Sketch-up.
Experience in teaching.
